Important Information

You must be 18 years of age or older to receive any treatments at ONE•Beauty Space. We follow all applicable New York State health and safety regulations.

Guests, children, and pets are not permitted in the treatment room. Our specialists require a calm environment to perform procedures safely and achieve the best results.

Services will not be performed on clients who appear to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Access to the studio is by appointment only.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

If you cancel at least 24 hours before your
appointment — 50% of your deposit is non-refundable.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment — 100% of your deposit is non-refundable.

No exceptions regardless of the reason including weather, illness, traffic, or emergencies.

In the event of a no-show, your deposit will not be refunded.

Rescheduling requests will be accommodated up to two times. A third request will result in cancellation with no deposit refund.

Late Arrival

Please arrive on time. A $50 fee will be added for arrivals more than 15 minutes late. If you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and your deposit will not be refunded.

Payment & Fees

A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The deposit will be applied toward your total balance on the day of the procedure.

We accept credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Checks are not accepted.

Taxes are not included in listed prices.

All services and deposits are non-refundable. No exceptions.

We reserve the right to update our pricing at any time without prior notice.

Results

Treatment results vary by individual. ONE•Beauty Space cannot guarantee specific outcomes as results depend on individual skin type, health conditions, lifestyle, and adherence to pre and post-care instructions.
